Sunday Dec 21st:

- Currently we had a 4 day snow storm, it has been very tough on the crews. It is very backed up and longer wait times than usual. It has been blowing 90km winds as well so its all blowing back over.

- Expect longer wait times as some properties are taking +2 hours.​

​

- Do not expect the same treatment and prompt timing as a regular light snow fall.

​

- Some crews do a few houses and then need rest before they continue again. We cannot force them to work so we tell them ok take a rest and get back out as soon as possible.

​

- This is more snow than we've got in the last 20 years we've been in business.

​

- We've had most the snow blowers break down and are being fixed on Monday as well. It is not easy.

​​​

- We say the same thing to anyone who thinks we may be slacking or this is an easy business to run "I would like to see you try to employee people to work in -40 with snow up to your waist" it is next to impossible. Yet we take on the task year after year.

 

- People want to work when its light snow fall but not in these conditions, so yes we are very short crew members as well.

- We are doing our best to get everyone done for the first time still.​ Please don't expect your property done so quickly if its been done once in the last few days. Some people are still waiting for the 1st visit.

​

- Our goal is to get everyone cleaned up for the holiday/christmas season.

​

- Neighbors & clients are helping, let us know if your neighbor or you do yours so we don't come for no reason. We appreciate all the help we can get this is not easy on our guys.

​
